We operate a 7 day return policy; should you be dissatisfied with our product due to quality or packaging faults then we will be pleased to provide a refund upon receipt of the product in its original unopened condition and packaging. Please notify info@malibusun.com, and clearly indicate the name on the order and the order ID.

Consumer Rights
As the shopper you have the right to cancel your order before we have dispatched your ordered goods, or seven days from receipt of the goods. To cancel an order that you have not yet received or to return products, please notify esales@malibusun.com and clearly indicate the name on the order and the order ID. Please return the goods in original unopened condition and packaging and we will refund your payment via RBSWorldPay after they are received.
